I saw this on offer at my local supermarket and was keen to give it a go. I can be quite lazy when it comes to using body moisturizers & confess that I don’t do it every day I liked the idea of this beauty oil as it looked like I could just quickly spray this over my body for instantly perfect moisturized skin. Easy!
I have used this for oil for a couple of weeks now, so I wanted to let you guys know what I thought.
It smells delish and quite luxurious! I really like the rose scent, it is not too floral & also has a nutty hint to it with the macadamia and almond oils.
The bottle says that the oil is non transferable, however I have found for me that this is not quite true, especially in the first 1/2 hour of applying (I think I use too much). When getting dressed into light coloured clothes it has left some marks & my friend almost killed me when it left marks over her leather car seats (luckily it does wipe off!).
Once it does sink into your skin it leaves it really soft with a lovely golden sheen.
It only takes a couple of minutes to spray over your body and rub in, which is great for my idle self. I managed to make time to do this everyday when I got out of the shower.
As to be expected with a body oil the bottle gets quite slippy when you are using it making it harder to spray and after a while the label starts to peel off – meaning one time I had tiny little silver bits from the label all over me – took me a while to figure out where they came from.
After using it every day for a couple of weeks I found that my skin is soft and has a nice tone but my knees still look quite dry when I wake up in the morning so I don’t think it is a real intensive moisturizer.
I would buy this again as I like how my skin looks after applying it & I love the smell. It is good to use for special occasions such as a night out for a lustrous look.
Has anyone else tried any good body oils?
